Dominic Antoine a.k.a. Formado Pirata, started training in the art of Capoeira on June 24^th 1997.

He then started teaching in 2004 under supervision of Mestrando Ajanã.

Many trips to Brazil have helped him perfect himself in the art and distinguish himself as a Capoeirista.

He received his Formado belt on June 2^nd 2007 from Mestre Peninha.

He then moved on and started teaching his branch of ECB on September 13^th 2008.

Formado Pirata continually trains under Mestre Peninha and also teaches at the Montreal's Cultural and Brazilian Martial Arts Center.

Formado Pirata has made appearences in various TV shows, interviews, stage and street performances for Capoeira.

His passion for the art makes him constantly train and look for more knowledge and ways to deepen and perfect himself in the art of Capoeira.
