The dress code is clean and appropriate, practical and safe, on top of being a sign of respect for the art. The traditionnal uniform (cord, white abadás and t-shirt) is of use at all times. No excuses for the accustomed participants. The uniform is available upon request to the teacher. The coloured capoeira pants can be worn during training in class, but the white abadá is mandatory for official events. If you don’t own one get a white one first.
